Replacement Policy & Terms:

1. Replacement requests are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects verified by our technical team. Physical damage, water damage, or misuse are not covered.

2. The warranty serial number provided must match our records. Invalid or unregistered serial numbers will result in rejection.

3. For Normal Service, you are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the defective product to our service centre. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

4. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it within 3–5 working days and inform you of the outcome.

5. We reserve the right to reject replacement requests that do not comply with our policies or where the product shows signs of tampering or physical damage.

6. By submitting this form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
